Hello everyone, welcome to my page I hope it serves you well and gives you some answers to which you are seeking! My name is Ashley William LMT, I have been in business for myself for about 11 years. Massage therapy is a big passion of mine, not only because I enjoy helping people, it's because I find the human body fascinating! The muscles are obviously my main focus, but the way everything works together; the way the muscles effect the bones to shift, the brain reacts and sends all sorts of signals to the rest of the body and the heart always pumping blood through our veins. The body isn't the only aspect here though, because our brains are so complex, we also have to deal with the emotional side effects taking place as well. 


Over the past 11 years I have done mostly injury work, whether it be work related, over-use/ repetitive motion, sports, auto accident. I believe recovery is in your hands and if you want to get back to life then you must treat your body well and maintain it through manual therapies. Alot of times clients will come to me as a "last resort" then to be amazed at how well the practice works. We should stop making our health and our physical beings be a last thought, if you want to live a long healthy and happy lifestyle try making a change for the good. Take care of your body and be well.
