During her time at WellSpring, she maintained a 3.8 GPA and received over 1,100 hours of hands-on training in numerous modalities, which she combines techniques from to provide comprehensive and individualized care for all clients. 

Kara has successfully passed the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Exam and earned CPR certification. She is currently working on obtaining her Massage Therapy license in the city of Lawrence, KS, as no license is needed to practice Massage Therapy in Topeka, KS.

She has shown a special interest in providing adjunct treatment for those who may be living with mental health conditions and survivors of trauma.

Kara is incredible and her space is divine. The office is located in a safe part of town and is easy to find. The ambiance in the room is serene, from the color of the walls and floor to the music she plays. Booking is incredibly easy. Kara is very professional and her massage is amazing. I like a lot of pressure, and she was able to deliver, but she can also provide a more gentle massage if that is what you want. Payment is easy, too, as she takes everything from Venmo to card to cash. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Kara's massages are excellant! She is a very intuitive and skillful massage therapist! She is able to find the troublesome areas and use her masterful technique to coax the muscle into giving up it's tension and pain! The beneficial effects of her work last a long time.
