I'm Tina Tongen LMT, AOS, CYT, Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida (MA97820) and Colorado (MT.11470) with an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies and Yoga Certification. I offer advanced massage therapy with yoga and Tongen Touchâ„¢ Somatic Coaching for Embodied Wellness through my practice, Tongen Touchâ„¢. And neuroscience-based Positive Intelligence Coaching®, proven to increase neuron growth in the prefrontal cortex after 7 weeks of training. 

I work with heart-centered business owners, health professionals, athletes, and high-performers who carry mental and physical stress, as I guide the mind and body to work together to support embodied health.
