I have been Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. My education started at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy. There I was trained in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, TMJD Massage and Sports,and after I got my license I received further education in Effective Prevention and Treatment for Runners, Kinesio Taping, eventually Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage.

I like to incorporate a little bit of everything when working on my clients, not every neck or shoulder pain should be treated the same. My Goal is to help people feel better and help the get back to "feeling normal" through therapeutic massage. 
When I am not working on people through massage I work on myself by staying active through running and working out. I also love to spend time with my family.

Monica is great, she is very attentive the needs of the client. She is very responsive, and her ability to find a problem I didn't I know I had is beyond. More than once she has found a muscle a that needed activated while working on other muscle groups, or saw I had restriction in movement not due to my original problem area.

Monica does a great job! She is very knowledgeable to the muscle's of the human body and 90% of the time she can figure out and pin point issues your having and take care of it. She is very professional and you should be very pleased with your visit.
