Prioritize Wellness. Not for fear of illness, but for the joy of living and the love of self.

I have been practicing massage for 8 years. I never stop learning and I love a new challenge. You won't ever hear me say I've seen everything, because that same second something new will come through the door. I really enjoy building relationships and working to assist people in their journey to wellness. I use a variety of techniques to address the individual issues of my clients. Experience
Bodywork

Craniosacral Therapy

This was fascinating stuff! The therapy itself is designed to reset your nervous system. This was also hands on class, and I received the therapy as well, it was a great experience!

Chair Massage

I piloted a chair massage program at the local YMCA for athletes and employees

Myofascial Release

I participated in a first level myofascial release course for 8 hours of continuing education. This was hands on experience combined with instructional time.

Massage Therapist

I'm currently piloting a massage program at a physical therapy office. It's a fantastic team arrangement. We can cross-refer patients and take a holistic approach to healing. I started this program in May of 2016.

Massage Therapist

I worked in small local salons doing massage, educating potential clients, and advertising and managing my own booking, and business.

Deep Tissue Massage for the Back

I participated in learning, giving, and receiving deep tissue techniques for the back, neck, and shoulders. This was a 2-day intensive hands on class.

Reiki

I took a level 1 reiki class and can't wait to learn more!

Spa

Massage Therapist

I worked as a massage therapist for 5 years in a spa environment. This allowed me to meet all sorts of new people and be in a great environment to learn from and consult with other massage therapists. I also assisted at the spa desk and learned some of the supervisory duties. I learned a lot about efficiency and booking appointments that work best for the business and the clients.
