When I'm not available in my private studio, I'm currently on staff at Halo Salt Spa in Westlake Village where you can enjoy Halo therapy, a salt-based therapy session, in our unique Salt Room. The spa also has infrared saunas to add to your relaxation and detoxification. My signature massage session offers a combination of Swedish style flowing strokes using warm organic oil and hot stones. I also add a little rhythmic Lomi Lomi movements and some shiatsu pressure points if needed. The hot stones are made of jade, basalt and Himalayan salt. I love to give pregnant mamas some tender loving care with a prenatal massage as well. I'm a mother of three and know well how lower backs and tight shoulders can affect your well being during pregnancy. 

I love yoga, nature hikes, walking in beautiful places like botanical gardens and the beach, and staying active in the gym most mornings. I'm a plant-based chef, an artist, a writer, and a mama of three. I love helping people feel better by relieving stress and tension with a beautiful blissful massage.
