She also has additional studies in Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Thai Massage, Thai Foot Reflexology, Trigger Point, and Sports Massage.

Although it took many years to find her true calling in life, she has no regrets with the path she walked.  She wouldn't be the therapist she is today if it had not been for her first career in Social Work.  Those years of dedicating herself to mental health provides her with valuable empathy and listening skills.  Massage therapy isn't just muscles...it's the ability to connect the Mind, Body, & Spirit for healing. You will often hear her say "Change is inevitable, Growth is optional".  These are words she lives by and takes every opportunity to enhance her skills through Continuing Education.
