My passion is to help facilitate healing and allow your body to find balance once again. Using only natural and plant-based ingredients in my lotions and oils I decrease the effect of external toxicity. 

I specialize in Active Release Technique (ART) of the Lower Extremity, Neuromuscular massage, a more clinically based massage, that offers relief from chronic issues. I also provide Swedish and Deep Tissue massages to allow the body to fully relax and the mind to let go of stress.

I hold certifications in Active Release Technique of the Lower Extremity, Rock Tape (FMT I & II) and Aroma Touch Technique. ART is a soft tissue massage that treats muscles, fascia, ligaments and nerves. Rock Taping is a special medical tape that acts as a second skin allowing the body to move in its proper ranges of motion free from pain. Aroma Touch Technique is the clinical side of Aromatherapy offering oils that enhance homeostasis (reduce stress, toxic insult, inflammation and imbalances).
