In March of 2010, I Received my Associates Degree in Applied Science in Massage Therapy.

In September of 2012, I earned my Certification in Reflexology. Learning points on ears, hands and feet to help with relieving congestion in these areas, to help the body heal itself. 

Then July 0f 2015, after a five month course, I learned the art of Acupressure. Receiving my certification after hours of practice and testing, can help with opening up the meridians throughout the body helping with keeping energy flowing freely. Acupressure uses the same points as with Acupuncture, but without the use of needles.

When not working I love to spend time outdoors and with family. I like to spend time building things with my hands.
