About Carson Valley Massage and Movement Therapy

Helping others find joy in their physical bodies is something I truly enjoy. That can be through massage & bodywork, or through Foundation Training's corrective movements. I believe chronic pain and discomfort are unnecessary at any point in our lives. I look forward to working with you to find ease and stability within your own body.

My massage is deeply relaxing, and therapeutic. There is intensity, but by working slowly and with the body, discomfort is rare and minimal. After your session you will feel lighter and move more freely.

Stacey gave me the most miraculous massage I’ve ever had and this is not an exaggeration.
