As a certified Pilates Instructor, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist, I have spent over a decade studying, teaching and working with bodies. I am fascinated by how the body is designed to adapt to stressors, heal itself and grow strong.
I use Pilates Based Fitness, Stretching and Massage Therapy to help improve muscular coordination, strength, posture and balance. I have assisted many people with surgical, prehab and posthab concerns as well as general health goals. In collaboration with the client and/or their doctor's recommendations, I have helped clients reduces chronic pain, improve overall wellness and reclaim their lifestyle.
