Deep Tissue

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release uses specific techniques to stretch and repair the connective issue between your muscles (fascia). It helps your body heal properly from injuries and can restore range of motion.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Sports Massage

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. Includes movement during massage as well as some stretching.

Swedish

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Medical

Medical massage is performed with the intent of improving conditions or pathologies that have been diagnosed by a physician; a wide variety of modalities or procedures are utilized to focus the treatment based on the diagnosed condition.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles. More of the pain management approach without the use of other therapies

Rapid Release Therapy

Rapid Release Technology is a therapy that requires a special tool that uses vibration therapy to help treat the pain associated with many ailments. Using a very specific frequency which elicits the Tonic Vibration Reflex (TVR), which breaks down Scar tissue adhesions, increasing range of motion and decreasing pain.

Ultra Sound Therapy

Therapeutic ultrasound is a treatment used to provide deep heating to soft tissues in the body. These include muscles, tendons, joints, and ligaments. Gel is used on all surfaces of the head to reduce friction and assist transmission of the ultrasonic waves. It's alternating compression and rarefaction of sound waves with a frequency of 0.7 to 3.3 MHz.

Therapeutic Excercies

Therapeutic exercises refers to a wide range of physical activities that focuses on restoring and maintaining strength, endurance, flexiblity, stability and balance. The goal of therapeutic exercises is to return an injured patient to a fully functioning, pain-free state.

Chiropractic

IASTM

IASTM stands for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and is exactly what it sounds like, soft tissue mobilization using a specific tool. It has also been known as Graston, Fibroblaster, and Gua Sha. It is a process in which the clinician uses a set of hand held instruments to break down the scar tissue and fascial restrictions in soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and nerves).

Active Release Therapy

ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.

E Stim Therapy

Electric stimulation therapy is a therapeutic treatment that applies electrical stimulation in treating muscle spasms and pain. It can help prevent atrophy and build strength in patients with injuries. It is also helpful in keeping muscles active especially after any type spinal cord injury or strokes.

Fitness

Active Isolated Stretching

The Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is a type of Athletic Stretching Technique that provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups, but more importantly, AIS provides functional and physiological restoration of superficial and deep fascial planes.

Group Training

Small Group Training (SGT) offers workout sessions that focus on a specialized format, individual progression and skill development. Groups range from 6-12 people and are based on various fitness goals. Workouts are scheduled in 8-week blocks. Maximize your workout in a short time frame with the help of a personal trainer.

Strength Training

Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.

Personal Training (Weight Loss)

Our weight loss workout plan consists of both cardiovascular exercise and resistance training. The name of the game is to blitz fat, which means to burn as many calories as you can. Cardiovascular exercise burns a lot of calories, as such this weight loss workout plan is centered around cardio.

Plyometrics Training

Plyometrics, also known as "jump training" or "plyos", are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength). It's a quick and powerful movement that starts with an eccentric (muscle lengthening) action and is immediately followed by a concentric (muscle shortening) action. Performing plyometrics movements increases muscular power, which translates to higher jumps and faster sprint times.
