As a massage therapist and integrative health coach, I see each person as an unique individual, and I am here to listen and asses my client's overall well-being while working together to find imbalances that may be showing up as physical and emotional symptoms.

My personal goal is to help as many as I can realize we are all worthy and capable of taking back control of our physical and mental health.  At any moment we can make the choice to be the best version of ourselves, and start by taking constant small steps forward to enact positive daily lifestyle changes.

Our minds and bodies are completely inter-related and both start to recover and heal given half a chance.  Self care is not a luxury, it is imperative to have a chance at a healthy happy life where we can thrive instead of just survive... because quality of life is directly related to quality of health.
