I have found my calling to help assist in healing those around me through massage, bodywork, meditation, exercise, stretching, and any combination of these. My goal was once to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Along that journey, I found that Massage Therapy has over 100 ways to help heal you. The goal of each session is oriented toward helping each individual achieve their goals; Whether it be to increase endurance, range of motion, or even just to feel better. I want to help you hit a new PR, improve your golf swing, reduce stress from long hours at work, or get back on that bike! I use my knowledge and techniques learned over the past 10 years including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, shiatsu, reiki, and many more to help assist clients to bring them back to a world where life is more relaxing and manageable. Massage at MK Sports will reduce your pain, target specific muscle groups that you want worked on for peek performance, improve your sleep, and overall, make you feel like a better person. I seek out those in need of healing so that you do not have to go to numerous other places to get you the healing you want, the healing you need, and the healing you deserve. I am friendly, respectful, and professional. When I am not in my massage office, I enjoy volleyball, soccer, biking, running, snowboarding, yoga, various other exercises, playing board games with friends and family, and spending time with my wife, Allison, and my dog Murphy.

Michael always asks me where I might be having pain or problems so that he can focus on those areas. He is friendly yet professional. I am so completely relaxed after my massages. He obviously really cares about his clients and I have, and will continue to, recommend Michael to friends and others who may benefit from his expertise.

Michael is aware of areas that tend to give me the most pain, and he targets those areas. He always asks if there are other spots or issues bothering me and works on those areas too.
