After graduating from the McKinnon Institute in 1995, I worked for several months in 3 capacities: on-site corporate chair massage, chiropractic therapy, and in a clinical setting. In 1996, I was hired at The Claremont Resort and Spa in Berkeley, CA. (http://claremontresort.com)

In 1999, I opened my own business, Homecare Companion, where in addition to massage, I helped seniors and disabled individuals with various homecare and functional living needs.

After moving to Springfield in 2006, I went to work for Mercy as a Medical Assistant primarily working in Internal Medicine and Radiation Oncology.

I have continued to perform massage part-time over the years and my passion for helping individuals through massage therapy has endured. This past August, my son and I were blessed with the opportunity to temporarily relocate to Costa Rica, where I attended one of the top massage therapy schools in the world.
