FeesCancellations & No-Shows

Your therapy time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours in advance unless due to severe inclement weather. NOTE: Those with a fever (100F or higher) within the last 24 hours, with respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat or shortness of breath will have their appointment rescheduled without penalty. Those in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or with coronavirus-type symptoms will have their appointment rescheduled without penalty.

Clients who fail to show for service without notification are considered no-show.  If a client fails to show for two scheduled appointments, it is the therapist’s discretion for whether further appointments will be scheduled.

Full payment for service is expected at time of service. All clients have the right to reasonable notice of changes in services or charges. Changes in services or fees will be posted to the website. Discounts or specials available will also be posted to the website or available upon request at time of service

We do not file with insurance companies. Receipts are available upon request for client to submit to insurance.
