Experience this new treatment which opens communication blockages between the nervous system and fascia. Past injuries, repetitive stress, and poor posture all contribute to fascial imbalances. Targeted RST treatments gently restore optimal function and performance. This introductory session will include a full consultation (15-20 minutes) and up to 45 minutes of hands on RST releases. Please wear or bring non restrictive athletic clothing to wear during the treatment.
