The masseuse made the difference here, the overall atmosphere was just ok. I could hear laughter and such from another room, the door opening and closing, someone checking out, which took away from the overall Zen moment you expect in a spa atmosphere. Mind you, none of this will prevent my return, as long as Lori is still working there.
