This was the worst massage I have ever experienced. There were numerous times that I should have ended the session and walked out. There was no communication about what would be happening such as putting the bolster under my knees, putting hot packs on my back. Nothing was consistent from one side to the other. There were times it was extremely uncomfortable. I believe she was leaning on one elbow and digging into into my shoulder with the other. My right shoulder ached the next two days and would spasm. At the end she shook out a towel and water splattered all over. When the massage was over she left the bolster under my knees and told me to be careful getting off the table. I question if this individual is actually a licensed massage therapist? I’ve always had a great experience with all the other therapists I’ve seen there. Unfortunately this was far beyond a positive experience. I would never return to her and highly suggest she receive additional training.

Tammy was rough and unprofessional. The massage was painful, the bed wasn’t heated, and the lighting was harsh. Not relaxing at all.

Tammy was great! She asked what I was looking for and followed it while communicating clearly through the massage. It's clear she has a lot of experience and really knows what she is doing.

Honestly I did not enjoy one part of the entire massage.

Tammy was able to listen to my needs and also got areas that I didn’t know were a problem. Felt sore, but great afterwards!
