I am well versed in Swedish Massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and hot stone therapy. I provide a unique experience for each client by discussing expectations prior to each massage. I offer personalized Aromatherapy massage sessions to further enhance relaxation, stress relief and strengthen the immune system. Also, if you have a specific type of music you enjoy relaxing to, don't be afraid to ask upon arrival. I love all different types of music!

When not practicing massage I enjoy bike riding with my daughter, hiking, morel mushroom hunting, camping, traveling, watching football, live music, amazing food and great wine.
