Services booked as advertised online were not services actually received. I paid for a combination massage on purpose and did not receive hot stone treatment which was included. I was still asked to tip on top of paying for a service I didn't receive the benefit of. I was pretty disappointed. The noise level was pretty distracting with sirens and vehicle noises mixed in with the serene music played in the massage area. Staff did report my concerns to the manager.
