1. Professionalism: she took couple calls during my massage. It seems that she was answering the incoming calls for appts. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of genuineness making me feel like I’m just a number and not a valued customer. YOU NEVER TAKES CALLS WHILE PROVIDING A SERVICE, THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. 2. There were no pillows as I requested when I got into the room. I called for her to come and assist me multiple times but I got no response. She claims that she went to the “other” bathroom. She needs to handle her own business not on client time. 3. She made me feel comfortable by asking me about my hernia. She has seen me before and should not have had to ask about that again. 4. She was not attentive to my needs after the massage. She didn’t ask me how I’m doing and showed a lack of empathy. As a healthcare provider, it about the patient/client/customer while they are in YOUR care. 5. She was also not attentive to my needs during the massage, never asked me if the pressure was ok. A total lack of empathy and professionalism.

I highly recommend this service very professional very relaxing
