I am a dedicated therapy professional with a passion for helping people overcome physical pain, muscle restrictions and biomechanical dysfunctions. After graduating as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012 I spent 6 years working in an outpatient rehabilitation center in Fort Walton Beach, providing hands on patient care and exercise progressions for their successful recoveries. Wanting a better understanding of the bodies myofascial framework, and to enhance my skills with myofascial release I was inspired to add massage therapy to my education. This was a perfect union of skills which resulted in the notable improvement of patient’s pain reduction, functional movement, and accelerated recovery times.

In 2018 I started Body Symmetrix with the aspiration to provide my clients with the best care for pain management and body realignment. Using my combined scientific knowledge of both massage and physical therapy, I've dedicated my time to those individuals seeking one-on-one care and providing them with long lasting relief from acute and chronic pain.
