Dhanya is a Sedona native, Verde Valley School Alumni, and founder of Red Stone Massage & Wellness.  She moved to Sedona from Oregon in 1991.  Her family used to snowbird in the Southwest and Mexico in her youth.  They eventually moved to Sedona permanently for the warmer climate and stunning natural beauty. 

Dhanya has been performing massage and bodywork professionally in Sedona since 1995. In addition to her private practice she’s worked at many of Sedona’s most popular luxury resort properties such L'auberge, Enchantment Resort, The Sedona Rouge, The Sedona Hilton Spa, and Amara Spa.  

She held a position as Senior Spa Therapist at Miiamo, a destination spa at Enchantment Resort for 17 years.  She was rated number one therapist in the world by Travel and Leisure readers during her career there. While at Miiamo she performed an extensive list of bodywork services, spa treatments, health coaching, counseling, mindfulness trainings, energy balancing, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultations.  

In her career Dhanya has touched tens of thousands of lives with her dynamic bodywork approach. She specializes in custom sessions that incorporate a unique blend of western allopathic techniques with eastern wisdom and practices.  Each treatment tailors to your personal needs of the moment. Her unique hands-on bodywork system is designed to restore function, relieve pain, rebalance, and reeducate the body for total mobility.  

She attended Rogue College of Massage with honors, Ashland School of Massage, Arizona School of Integrated Studies, Northern Arizona Massage Therapy Institute, Freedom through Pain Institute, and The American College of Vedic Studies.  She has continued her education through private study, spa trainings, workshops, online, and continuing education courses in Oregon, Arizona, and Hawaii.  Dhanya is an Arizona State Licensed Massage Therapist #05888.  She is Insured through The Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals #1047285 and is National Board Certified Massage Therapist #427603-00.
