My heart is to serve everyone, but I am especially passionate about creating a wellness-centered treatment environment for veterans. My Stockbridge office is primarily dedicated to serving veterans, while my Conyers location welcomes both veterans and civilian clients. My goal is to provide veterans in the community with a level of care, compassion, and therapeutic service they may not have been able to receive elsewhere.

With 10 years' experience in massage therapy and bodywork, working with clients seeking relief from chronic pain, tension, stress, injury, and post-surgical discomfort. My background includes therapeutic massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and post-op bodywork. I have experience serving both civilian and veteran populations and take pride in creating treatment plans that are customized to each client’s goals. My focus is always on helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Mary Stallings is a real professional! My pain issues are severe, but she manages to give me the relief I need. I HATE to leave at the end of my sessions. I strongly recommend her services to anyone experiencing chronic pain, especially those who have been managing pain through prescription medication. Her holistic approach is the best! She is equally compassionate and competent. She genuinely cares, and that is so important. My muscles are stubborn, but it is obvious that Mary is determined to get me off pain medications. She even makes my sinus headaches go away.
