Rebecca uses a combination of Deep Tissue and Swedish strokes for each therapeutic massage. Between each muscle she focuses her intention to relieve pain in troublesome muscles through direct pressure on your trigger points. This gentle yet increased pressure is what Rebecca has found to be the most effective in treating any injured, sore, or overly used muscles.
