I have been a licensed massage therapist in the Sarasota, FL, area for nearly 25 years and a Reiki Master Teacher for 30 years. I specialize in various healing modalities to support my clients' healing journeys.

I will never pressure a client to schedule appointments. I believe that the person receiving treatment should be in control of their healing process. Healing can occur at different levels - mind, body, or spirit. It's up to the individual to decide when and how they heal. If a person is told that it will take multiple treatments to heal, it may create an expectation in their mind. Sometimes, healing can happen in one session or more, but that's the individual's choice. I allow my clients to make that decision.

I provide my clients with tools they can use daily or as needed to reconnect with their life journey and assist them in the healing process.

My massage techniques are unique. I design my sessions to address each client's issues on a mind/body/spirit level. I treat everybody as a whole, and the treatments are based on that.

~ Any refund on prepaid cancellations given 24 hours' notice has a choice of a credit off their account or a refund. PLEASE NOTE: You will receive the refund less credit card fees that will be deducted: 3.5% plus .015. No exceptions. If you do not agree to this, do not prepay or schedule.

Carla Mary's massages and sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, requests, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session, and law enforcement will be contacted without exception. All clients will be fully draped modestly throughout the entire session. Carla Mary does not massage the groin area, low pelvic area, upper inner thighs, or upper inner hamstring. Additionally, she does not focus solely on the glute area in a way that may cause sexual arousal.

I had a reiki combo massage, and it was a wonderful and truly healing experience. Carla was very attentive and thorough. I felt like a lot of trapped emotions and blockages got released, and my body got reset both physically and energetically. I am very grateful to Carla! I also love the ambience and the energy of her office, it's a safe, healing and uplifting space!

I usually prefer deep tissue massages but tried lymph drainage to help with detoxing. It still felt very nice and calming, more than I'd expected based on what I had known about lymph drainage massages. I would try it again!
