Lymphatic Drainage

2006 Completed Level 1 of Lymphatic Drainage Therapy through the Upledger Institute by Dr. Bruno Chikly and than completed level 2 in 2007. Currently using the gentle palpation skills to determine the superficial flow of the lymphatic movement while incorporating gentle massage cupping in the treatment process.

Orthopedic Massage Therapy

In 2011 completed training in Whitney Lowe's Orthopedic Massage Techniques for the upper body and in 2014 completed training with Mr. Lowe for Orthopedic Massage Techniques for the lower body.

Massage Cupping

2014 - Massage Cupping Certification through the A.C.E Massage Cupping Institute in Asheville, North Carolina.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

September 2019 - Completed training in Manual Lymph Drainage Protocol for Detoxification and Minor Pathologies.
