Daphne is a massage practitioner and a graduate of California Holistic Institue (CHI) in San Luis Obispo.  She is currently continuing her education with CHI in her pursuit towards national testing for massage therapists.
Her studies cover the gamut from myofascial release to trigger point to Swedish to deep tissue therapies. She is also trained in many forms of energy therapies that deal with belief systems and emotions; specifically, Emotional Release Therapy, Psych-K, IQM, NES Biofeedback, muscle testing, and Touch for Health.  Being a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition of New York, where an emphasis is made on addressing the needs of an individual as a whole to include life coaching, Daphne incorporates her expertise in treating each person as a whole to include their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing into her sessions.
Daphne's mission in the healing arts is to support individuals who strive to achieve balance through personal wellness and mind-body awareness.  She is a firm believer in the mind-body connection and an avid proponent of massage as an avenue to relieving physical pain as well as emotional stress thus enhancing a client's overall health and well-being. In her spare time, Daphne loves to travel, hike/explore the local area, read a good book in her hammock, dabble in art and anything handmade, and most of all, hang out with her three wonderfully fun children! The latest past time of choice for Daphne and her children has been to explore as many hot springs and natural watering holes as they can find. The treasure hunt continues.
