I have over 700 hours in massage therapy training, and use my extensive training in Yoga Therapy to inform my practice.I customize sessions to create customer satisfaction. My education as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Yoga Therapy (over 600 hours) allow me to offer self help strategies and excercises to help you make it in between massages.  I love anatomy and Thai Massage.  I trained in Chiang Mai, Thailand for over 4 months.  I am a Certified Massage Therapist in the State of California.


I began my professional career as a massage therapist in 2009. I have spent the last year working with patients at Laguna Woods Rehabilitation.  Our office features a Physical Therapist, MD, and 4 massage therapists.  In the past I have worked at The Resort at Squaw Creek, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Truckee, CA, and the Bay Club in Marin.
