It has been a circuitous journey that let me to the kind of work that I do. I'm endlessly fascinated by bodywork and the capacity to interact with the emotional body via the physical body. Serendipity guided me to the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), where I completed my Associates Degree, specializing in Somato-Emotional Bodywork and Craniosacral Therapy.

Book your appointment immediately. Mija has amazing hands and intuition about what ails you. I recently fell on a concrete sidewalk and didn't realize how much I was "holding" myself together and needed to release that pent up tension. Book two hours, your body will thank you.

If you want results and don’t mind some discomfort, go see Mija! I pointed out places I wanted to work on, then she saw energetically where I was locked up. Who knew you could have back muscle release from jaw tension? Amazing work, easy to chat with, next time I’ll book a longer session!

This is an advanced experience message with healing for spirit, Souñ, body and mind. My first appointment was scattered, due to my own stressors. Mija offers a floral essence that directly relates to traumas I desired to directly to be addressed and the message was directly both healing, releasing and relaxing. Mija listen to not just to what you are saying about where the hurt, tightness, problem, etc., is, but also listen to your body where the pain is actually stemming from. I never thought working on my jaw would help relax the tightness in my neck that was permeating down my body.
