 I received my education from the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning my BA in Sociology, focused in Childhood and Personal Development, and Mueller College of Holistic Studies, where I completed professional certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, and I am a CAMTC board Certified Massage Therapist, which includes the service modalities of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Tui Na/Shiatsu, Chi Ne Tsang (organ energy massage), Thai Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, and Aromatherapy. 
 I use and distribute Young Living Essential Oils, and I practice and teach breathing techniques, Qi Gong and Chinese Kung Fu, under the teachings of Chan Family Choy Lee Fut, Grandmaster Chan Yong Fa and Sifu Thomas Fuhr.  
 I currently hold office hours at the CoHealingGroup, where I own and operate Healing Hearts Massage and Wellness, and I am equipped for mobile massage as well. Blessings!
