I am currently studying Structural Integration therapy through an Apprenticeship with a certified Rolf Practitioner. I am a certified Reiki Practitioner, and continuing my Craniosacral Therapy education through the Upledger Institute. I found the practice of Rolfing and Energy work, while searching to find healing for my own body. The self study of mind-body connection led me to a sense of curiosity, wellness, interpersonal exploration, and passion for self discovery into my practice. I bring a slow, "listening" approach-- working deeply without triggering the body to be defensive. My work is compassionate, intuitive, and collaborative.
