Massage therapy has many benefits, much more than “just” relaxation. It is my belief that massage is an extremely beneficial treatment that aides in mental and physical health. Intentional touch can have the power to bring restoration and healing to your whole self.
It has been a passion of mine to help my clients by using techniques to reduce stress as well as provide muscular pain and tension relief. From the aches and pains of pregnancy and postpartum recovery to sports injuries or simply needing a break from reality in order to refocus, consider massage as a part of your journey to a better quality of life.

Erin does a great job locating the tense spots and relieving them. If you haven't tried cupping, I recommend it. I am a happy repeat customer.
