One of the main things I feel is plaguing our society, is over-stimulation and a lack of relaxation, stillness and peace. It seems so many of our nervous systems are predominantly in a sympathetic state, and rarely in a para-sympathetic state, where it heals. I try to not only offer therapeutic touch, and manual manipulation of the body and it's tissues, but a deep regulation of the nervous system so it can relax, reset and restore itself to a balanced, healthy state.
