After studying at Rochester Institute of Technology with a major in Biomedical Sciences Rebekah gained valuable experience as a medical scribe. After some time, I decided to pursue passion for healthcare in a different direction. With a background in pre-med, exercise science, and nutrition, I found my niche in massage therapy.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am excited to contribute by utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage and deep tissue. My goal is to help clients improve quality of through manual soft tissue manipulation to decrease pain, increase range of motion, improved sports performance, improve mental health and to promote healing in the body through alternative healthcare methods. I am dedicated to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle both in my professional and personal life.

In practice, the focus is on understanding each client's unique needs and tailoring the approach to provide the most effective treatment.
