I have told Rachel that she should change the name from “Hands of Life” to “The Hands of God”. By far, the most effective massages I have had. Every motion, every touch has purpose. Now that Rachel provides Ashiatsu deep feet bar therapy there is no muscle that she can not tame. Life changing. Don’t be scared. You must try this.

Rachel possess unmatched technical skill. A profound understanding of anatomy & physiology that eclipses any other therapist I've encountered. I am a trained (no longer practicing) massage therapist and have been worked on by countless therapists all over the country. Rachel is the best hands down.
While her clinical mastery is in a class of its own, she also provides a relaxing, therapeutic experience that is intuitively nurturing and restorative.
I've been seeing Rachel for many years and have never received the same massage twice. She is constantly enriching her skill and technique which is surreal because she's already exceptional. She is a true master of her craft and central MN is so lucky to have her.

I could write a book about how incredible Rachel is and how unbelievabley gifted she is when it comes to her work, but I think I will follow-up my 5-STAR review with this: I am a nurse and have worked my way into being such by starting as a nursing assistant when I was 16 and following up with having worked for 15 years in EMS, so, I have worked in the medical field for 30 years. To say I have pain on a daily basis is a gross understatement of what I go through. I have tried tirelessly to find a massage therapist that is professional (not telling me about their recent abusive divorce) and is good at what she does in that it makes a differnce in my life. I have seen Rachel for over 2 years and not only am pain free but I am participating in life like I haven't in years - plus, I am over the moon thrilled to have discovered her. I want to be selfish and not be so open about this as I don't want to make her more difficult to book with but she is NOTHING SHY OF SUPERNATURAL- she is extrememly good at massage and I cannot hold back - she's given me some of my life back. Thank you Rachel. Wow. 5- star review and I cannot say enough good things about her.

She really listened and showed a desire to understand what I was there for. I think it takes more than one appt to really get a good feel for it though.
