I customize appointments at the time of treatment to allow each person to benefit from the bodywork that they need at the time of their appointment. I currently practice Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Myofascial Release Techniques, Hot Stone massage, Pre-Natal massage, and Bowenwork therapy.
