For many, our approach is the most timely, effective and relaxing way to utilize the time on the massage table.  

We are proud to work in a health-minded community at SPICE Studio dedicated to creating strong minds and bodies through fitness and wellness services.  

We are fortunate to have access to and connect our clients to multiple personal training staff, dietitians, and physical therapists in our community and within the Southern Maryland area.

*GIFT CARD NOTIFICATION* MassageBook Gift Cards/Square gift card sales are limited.  We highly recommend checking the schedule before purchasing gift certificates.  They have a 5 year expiration, yet our schedule is very full.  

All sales on Gift Certificates are FINAL.
