I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and also certified as a Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP).  

Medical Massage is outcome based therapy for:

  • neck pain 
  • shoulder and rotator cuff issues 
  • back pain 
  • sciatica 
  • hip pain 
  • knee pain  
  • carpal tunnel  
  • plantar fasciitis 

I also perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Reflexology..  I got into massage therapy because I want to help people in a positive way - either through relaxation, pain management or by increasing mobility.
