At A New beginning School Massage I took classes such as; pathology, anatomy, kinesiology , business, and hydrotherapy. I learned different types of massage such as; Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and chair massage. I have over 500 hrs of schooling and over 55 hours of hands on massaging. Being an active athlete also helps me understand how the body works and therapeutic techniques of healing. I encourage you to take care of your body.
