At PMTI, I studied Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, where I  focused on a client-centered approach. Some of the many continuing education courses I have completed include Sports Massage, Hydrotherapy, Active Isolated Stretching, Trager Tools and Pregnancy Massage.  Most recently, I have been certified in Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy.

I am Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and licensed by the State of Maryland. I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, which works to establish massage therapy as integral to the maintenance of good health and complementary to other therapeutic and medical processes. 

One of my goals goals as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to help clients achieve a greater sense of well being in their daily lives.
