Hello, my name is Bethany Sheffer. I'm a License Massage Therapist in Virginia. I studied Massage Therapy at Blue Ridge Community College in 2014-2015. I worked at Breezy Hill Day Spa in Staunton, Va. My best work is Swedish Massage. Swedish Massage can be relaxing and energizing, as well as relieving muscle tension with light to medium pressure and a combination of strokes. I also enjoy doing Prenatal Massage, every momma needs to be relaxed to while carrying a watermelon around,(haha). I have three girls myself, I remember what it was like. I have recently joined with Restorative Massage Therapy in Harrisonburg, Va. I'm looking forward to expanding my studies in Sport Massage.
