With 20 years of experience, I graduated from Southeastern Institute of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charleston, SC in 2003.  I continued my education at Northeast Institute of Whole Health in Manchester upon returning to my home state of New Hampshire in 2007. I started my massage career in spa services and working alongside chiropractors.  I have practiced independently now for 12 years.

Due to our busy lives and poor body mechanics, we don't always take care of ourselves as best as we should. Massage is just one way to help us regain balance.
