She enjoys continuing education courses such as aromatherapy, reflexology, stretching techniques, pregnancy massage, fascia fundamentals, professional ethics, Eastern energy practices, and working with Geriatric clients. Carmen was a volunteer at her local nursing home until Covid-19 restrictions prevented her to give massage there.

I get massages regularly to help with my migraines. My usual girl couldn't see me for a while, so I booked a massage with Carmen. My head and neck feel so much better after my deep tissue massage.
