My friend booked me a prenatal massage with Carla. I had no idea how close she was to my house and the experience was exactly what I needed. She included some sound therapy in with the massage, which was an incredible experience with the baby moving to the different sounds. It had been an incredibly long time since I received a massage and realized that I will start making a point to get one more frequently. Carla was understanding of my body's different pain points and focused on them more while still also fitting the rest of my body into the time slot. It was so relaxing that I also booked a reiki session before leaving. Highly recommend!
