Refresh Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork started as a mobile service to help clients with stress reduction through massage therapy and it is growing into so much more. We now have a private practice in Vallejo, California near the Napa Valley where we specialize in Fascial Stretch Therapy, sports therapy, cupping and stress reduction modalities. In addition to private clients we work with NFL players and teams(previously worked with the Raiders and Cleveland Browns), professional baseball players, hospitals, major corporations and teach self-massage and breathing techniques for relaxation and focus.
