Sara's approach is to facilitate healing with focused, intentional touch. She believes that the nervous system sets the parameters within which healing may take place, and works to induce a restorative state of parasympathetic activation throughout her sessions. This, combined with an extensive knowledge of the structures beneath the skin, helps her to build a unique and effective approach for each client.
