I have been a massage therapist for the past 11 years and I specialize in Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish Massage.

My goal is to assess each client and to customize the massage modalities to bring pain relief and healing.  I use essential oils, heat and stretching to maximize the results.  I am constantly learning and work for excellence in every session.

I've seen Julia five times and the improvements (indeed almost complete remission) of my condition which had confounded every doctor and chiropractor for two years is nothing short of extraordinary. Julie has deep/vast knowledge of the body, deep skill in various healing modalities, is a keen listener of the body (and the patient), and has extremely healing hands. My only regret is that I didn't find her and spend out of pocket sooner. I literally got nothing for two years from the medical establishment with their ridiculous 15 minute appointments except recommendations to inject, do surgery, get more X rays, more MRIs, etc., and in my first session with Julia, she went right to the source of the problem with those hands of hers (which was NOT where anyone else went), and the healing began immediately. I just finished my fifth 90-minute session and am practically symptom free. I am so grateful. --Lauren F
