Almost a year later I was teaching nutrition classes at the same school I had just graduated from. Over the years I have developed a varied style and toolbox of massage techniques that enables my clients to not only feel better but also to learn how to stay well by learning specific stretches, better nutrition and lifestyle choices.
I am also a Certified Health and Life Coach and Certified Crystal Healer and Yoga Teacher.
